Subscription

Which packages are available?

Following packages are available:

  • Small: up to 5,000 images, 39.95€ per month (incl. VAT)
  • Medium: up to 15,000 images, 99.95€ per month (incl. VAT)
  • Large: up to 80,000 images, 169.95€ per month (incl. VAT)
  • Upgrade: 80,000 images and above; for an additional 20,000 images each, 18.95€ per month (incl. VAT)

The packages only differ in terms of the number of images you can store. With each package, you have access to the full range of functions. The number of registered users and devices is unlimited.

What happens if I reach the limit of my package?

As soon as you reach the limit of your package, you will receive an email from us. If you wish to do so, you can upgrade your package. Otherwise, your account will be suspended at the end of the month.

How can I upgrade my package?

Please contact us via mail or our contact form. Please state your DERManager ID and the date on which the upgrade shall take place.

Can I downgrade my package?

It is only possible if the number of your images stored is below the maximum image limit of the package you want to downgrade to.

What happens to existing images when upgrading my package?

Previously stored images will remain on your DERManager and are not affected by the upgrade. You will get additional image storage volume.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Please contact us via mail or our contact form. Please state your DERManager ID and the date on which the cancellation shall take place. You continue to have access to the full range of functions until the end of the current payment period.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

  • On confirmation of your cancellation, your account will be suspended. Your data will be stored for another 4 weeks. After this time, we will delete all your data permanently. 
  • In case of revocation, we can restore your data within the 4-week time period. If you wish to do so, please contact us via our contact form. Please state your DERManager ID.
  • In case of cancellation, you have the possibility to request a copy of your data against a fee. If you wish to do so, please contact us via our contact form. Please state your DERManager ID.

Payment/Invoice

Which payment methods are available?

Following payment methods are currently available: 

  • Invoice
  • Direct debit

Invoices are issued on a monthly basis.

What happens if the payment fails?

If your subscription renewal fails, your DERManager account will be suspended. HEINE is required by GDPR to delete all personal data in a timely manner. If your payment fails, you will be allocated a one-month grace period during which you can reactivate your account by paying the subscription fee. If you do not reactivate your account, all data is deleted after one month.

When and how will I receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice monthly via email.

How will I be billed if I change (downgrade / upgrade) my existing package?

If you upgrade your package, you will already have the option of storing more images immediately after the upgrade. However, the higher debit amount for the new package will only be taken at the next payment period.
 
If you downgrade your existing package, your previous data volume will still be available to you until the end of the current payment period. The data volume and the debit amount will not be adjusted until the next period.

Are gross prices or net prices displayed in the DERManager webshop?

Whether gross / net prices are displayed depends on whether you have stored a VAT number. 

As soon as a VAT number has been saved, you will be shown net prices, provided that the reverse charge procedure can be used for you. Customers from Germany cannot use this procedure.

You can enter the VAT number in the ‘My account’ section of the webshop under the ‘VAT number’ tab.
